Welcome to Grimlok Boston Terriers

The Seller, Grimlok Boston Terriers, will opt to sell puppy/dog on agreement to accept payments from the buyer until paid in full by the time puppy is 8 weeks old, Dog/puppy will remain in my home until balance is paid in full. Dog/puppy will be transferred to Buyer in a healthy, sound condition. The Seller further guarantees that Dog/puppy will have current vaccinations and worming. Buyer agrees to have Dog/puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian for a complete health check at buyers own expense within 48 hours (if Buyer does not have Dog/puppy examined within this time frame this contract becomes null and void). Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Any life threatening health concerns shall be given a full refund minus any shipping fees and return of Dog/puppy back to Grimlok Bostons in same health condition as was sold upon delivery. Any fees occurring in return shipping, are the Buyers responsibility.

The Buyer- the Buyer is responsible for providing proper veterinary care, including vaccinations (normally first booster vaccine is given to puppies before leaving my home), according to Seller’s recommended instructions.

Seller must be notified, by the Buyer first of any intended ownership transfer, with First Right of Refusal retained by the Seller. Therefore, allowing the Seller to purchase back the Dog/puppy at current market value, or Buyer must allow Seller to assist and/or approve of the placement of the above dog’s transfer to another suitable home if the Buyer or Estate Executors (upon Buyers death or incapacitation) can no longer keep possession of the Dog/puppy. Above Dog/puppy is never to be placed in an animal shelter or pet shop.

Buyer agrees never to euthanize Dog/puppy without first notifying Seller, the exception to this would be if the dog were severely injured and/or suffering.

Registration- the above Dog/puppy will be registered with AKC and shall carry the designation of Limited or Pet Registration unless otherwise agreed upon
